Online support is provided free of charge by the community of users that volunteer their time and effort to answer questons. You can read the archives at the mailing list. The list receives lots of mail each day. Your welcome to join but it is not required to post a question, but you will have to check back to see the replies. You can also use the newsgroup which will allow you access to the mailing list without loading your mailbox with messages you do not want or need.
